Satisfaction Guarantee
All orders for custom or engraved products will be guaranteed for satisfaction. We assure you the highest quality of workmanship in crafting your order. If there is an error in the customisation or engraving on your product or damage in shipping that affects the products, contact us immediately at 800-952-9273 or 302-655-9876 or email us at error@plaquesdirect.com.

Replacements
In the event either error or damage occurs to the products, we will ship a replacement or substitute item of your choice (if available) for each product affected you tell us about within 10 days of date we are notified of the problem. Rarely we may request a scan or photo to be emailed to us for verification of damage affecting over 25% of the order for shipping insurance documentation.
If you wish to change any options of the order and/or your order has no errors from the details of customization submitted to Plaquesdirect.com via email, letter, fax, or shopping cart software you will be charged for the added costs associated with providing the changes including but not limited to; shipping, engraving, materials and labor.
The shipped replacements will arrive with a Return Authorization number and a box with pre-paid shipping to return the items damaged or with errors. Orders where the damaged items may not need to be returned are when any or all the following apply: a. one or two items of an order with ten or more items of the same catagory, b. each items listed price is less than $12 each, or c. each item is one-half pound or less.

Credits-Refunds
An option for a full credit for future purchases to your PlaquesDirect.com account will be given if we cannot ship to you replacements or substitutions for items of shipping damage or errors of engraving within 10 days of date we are notified of the problem and we receive the returned products (if requested) shipped at our expense or credited to your account (your choice).
A partial refund can be requested if we can not ship a replacement or substitute item of your choice (if available) within 10 days of date we are notified of the issue. A deduction of the cost of the customisation or engraving costs, the initial shipping and one third of the base price will be deducted from your Credit return. We recommend that you request a replacement/substitution or a credit to retain the full value of your purchase.
