Engraving

Please fill in the engraving box as a template for one (or more awards) showing how you would like the wording to appear on the award. We suggest you create and save your own text document first then copy it into the engraving box. Do not tab over or center text. Leave it at the left edge of box (left justified). We will center the text later. The first engraved award will have all the text including names.

Multiple Awards - Name List (or Lines that change in the Engraving)

Add into second text box all the names and/or other info that changes arranged in sets per award. If only the name of recipient changes a simple list will do - Figure A. If there is more than one line that changes then each award must have the same number (or set) of text lines that change. Example -- If there were 3 lines (name, position and date) in each engraved plate that changes then paste into the Names List box one list repeating name, position and date for each award. See Figure B.

Note:
Any modifications to items after they are added to the cart are not possible and you will
need to remove the item from the cart and re-add it with the new text and/or options.
Since it is possible you may wish to modify your order after entering and pressing the
"Add to Cart" button for each item with engraving, and if you did not copy your
engraving information to the product order page(s) from another saved document,
we suggest you may take the precaution of selecting, copying, pasting and saving the text
portion of the cart prior to removing any items with text or options you do not wish to
lose track of.
