Return Policy Our return policy depends on the status of your order. You can check the status of your order in the My Account -> My Orders page. Received This status means your order has been received and is being processed. If you want to cancel your order, then please notify us immediately by sending an email to: orders@plaquesdirect.com. Please be sure to include your Order Number in the email. In Production This status means work on your order is already in progress or have been completed. If you cancel your order at this stage, then you may be subject to production charges, depending on the work that has been completed. Shipped This status means work on your order has been completed and your order is shipped. Since all of our products are customized according to your requirements, shipped products are not returnable. If your order arrives damaged, then please notify us immediately by sending email to orders@plaquesdirect.com We will replace the damaged items for free.
